Normally, we don’t offer online shopping outside Scandinavia – but for the Vollan project, we’ve made a special exception.

Even though we supply yarn shops outside Scandinavia, we know it can sometimes be difficult to find a local retailer. That’s exactly why we wanted to make the Vollan Sweater available to knitters all around the world. For this launch only, we’ve set up shipping to 51 countries for this exclusive knit kit.

On this website (vollan.sandnes-garn.com) you can only purchase the pattern, yarn, knitting needles, and tote bag related to the Vollan Sweater.

All other products shown on this website are for inspiration only, and can be purchased through our retailers.

By placing an order in our online store, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you have parental consent to complete the purchase.

All prices are shown in EUR and do not include local VAT or customs duties.

We deliver according to Incoterms DAP. Any duties and taxes that may apply are the buyer’s responsibility.

We ship with DHL to 52 countries at a fixed shipping cost of 25 EUR.

Payments are handled securely via PayPal. You can pay with your PayPal account or simply use a credit/debit card through PayPal Checkout.

The amount will be charged upon invoicing.

Right of withdrawal & returns

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order.

Items must be returned unused and in resalable condition. Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer.

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital patterns that have been opened.

If you receive the wrong item or if the item is damaged, please contact us at support@sandnesgarn.no within a reasonable time, and no later than 2 months after the issue was discovered. Return shipping costs for valid claims will be covered by the seller.

Sustainable shipping with DHL GoGreen Plus

We send all our international parcels with DHL GoGreen Plus. Through this solution, Sandnes Garn AS contributes to reducing CO₂ emissions from air transport by purchasing Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) – a more environmentally friendly jet fuel made from renewable resources such as plant oils, waste, or agricultural by-products.

This means that every time we ship a package, we help reduce the carbon footprint of transportation.
